The Personnel Training System at OAO TANECO Was Highly Appraised
The personnel training system established at OAO TANECO based on the successful experience of OAO TATNEFT was highly appraised by the Department Director of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
A visit of Nataliya Zolotareva, Director of the Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Robert Urazov, Deputy Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Clara Tazetdinova and Azat Gabdulhatov to the TANECO NPiNHZ Complex was part of their working trip to Nizhnekamsk, where a meeting of Collegium of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of Tatarstan was held.
The particular interest of the high-ranking guests to the Nizhnekamsk Complex of refining and petrochemical plants was quite natural. The new enterprise, despite the presence of other petrochemical and crude oil refining giant entities concentrated in the territory of the Nizhnekamsk industrial hub managed to staff the production with qualified personnel.
During a tour of the refinery key sites (CDU/VDU-7, the central control room, wastewater treatment facilities), Svetlana Gorchanyuk, Human Resources Director of OAO TANECO had to answer numerous questions regarding the process of the team creation, the process of training, etc. For better understanding the guests were demonstrated a computerized training classroom of the NPiNHZ Complex, where the TANECO operating personnel receive training for safe and effective processes control.
Among the issues that kindled considerable interest of the Collegium participants there were subjects of the production environmental friendliness, housing, personnel and youth policy of the Company.
A systematic approach to the selection, training and additional education of employees, which is used at TATNEFT and TANECO has proved its effectiveness and allows successful competing with Russian and global oil companies. Highly appraising the personnel training system of OAO TANECO, Nataliya Zolotareva pointed out the extensive experience gained in terms of partnership with higher, middle and primary vocational education institutions of the city and the Republic and the well-established scheme of corporate training and retraining of the employees. “My basic specialty is the computer-aided process control systems – she said. – Having worked at your computer simulator I was indeed able to see firsthand how serious had been progress made in this area”.
