BasEl / Langdale. BasicElement / Langdale – purchase and construction by the largest Russian aluminium producer of the cement plant in Ryazan region to be the largest cement production factory in Russia.
MOLHungarian Oil and Gas Plc. Moscow office represented MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Plc in its acquisition of BaiTex LLC, and represented it in the acquisition of the “North/South” Assets (a portfolio of seven oil companies).
